Investment Activities

Founded in 1999, Villa Consulting became a real estate company from 2004 onwards. Today, Villa Consulting has holdings consisting mainly of office buildings, warehouses and factories.
These holdings are mostly located in Ile-de France and other departments.

Villa Consulting also has warehouse and hotel holdings through non-trading real estate companies.

Villa Consulting aims to place a proportion of its capital in mid or long term investments to ensure its financial durability.

Villa Consulting’s objective is to cover its company overheads with its rental incomes alone.

At the end of 2006, a factory located in the port area at Le Havre became part of the holdings. This factory is rented to the Sidel Company.
